These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Epiteach’s website and tutoring coordination services. By submitting a registration or engaging our coordinators, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Epiteach coordinates tutoring and learning support, including international and Nigerian exam preparation, special needs support, teacher CPD, and private tutoring. Actual delivery may be by Epiteach tutors or partner tutors.

2. Registration & coordination

• You provide accurate contact and learning details so we can match you with a suitable tutor.
• We may request additional information to understand goals, timelines, and availability.
• Communication may occur via phone, email, or WhatsApp, depending on your preference.

3. Scheduling & rescheduling

• Schedules are arranged by mutual agreement between the learner (or guardian) and the tutor.
• Please notify us promptly for any rescheduling; we’ll try to accommodate reasonable changes.

4. Fees & payment

Fees and payment terms (if applicable) are communicated before lessons begin. Any late or missed payments may delay or suspend sessions until resolved. Group or special programmes may have specific terms.

5. Conduct

• All parties should maintain a respectful learning environment, online or in-person.
• We reserve the right to discontinue coordination or sessions in cases of misconduct or abuse.

6. Materials & intellectual property

Lesson materials, resources, and content provided by tutors or Epiteach remain their respective intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your learning only.

7. Disclaimer

While we aim for excellent outcomes, results depend on many factors (prior knowledge, effort, timelines). We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epiteach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to coordination or lessons is limited to fees paid to us for the relevant period.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
